NEEDED IMMEDIATELY Home Care- Trach Experience Registered Nurse RN WORK 200 HOURS IN 120 DAYS, BE IN GOOD STANDING, WORK 2 WEEKENDS PER MONTH NurseCore is an industry leader in Medical Staffing and Home Health Care. We are currently looking for Registered Nurses (RN) with a minimum of one year home care and trach experience to provide care for clients in Rochester, NY and surrounding areas. Qualified caregivers must possess critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Apply today to be rewarded with the great opportunities NurseCore has to offer! *First shift worked MUST be within 7 days of being hired to receive bonus* Responsibilities: Routine Functions: Performs routine nursing duties including, but not limited to: client assessment, development and revision of Plans of Care, implementing nursing procedures, evaluating client progress, and accurate, timely, and complete documentation of client care. Notifies physician and Clinical Director of any changes in client’s condition or any unusual symptoms. Performs the following nursing procedures where training, and the state Nurse Practice Act permits: Suctioning and cleaning parts of the trach Prevent clogged tubes and decrease risk of infection Administering respiratory medications. Supervising nursing and other health care staff. Qualifications: Please see the requirements needed below. Current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the State of New York One year experience as a Registered Nurse in the last three years in a supervised setting Infusion experience Current CPR Proof of current physical/PPD In compliance with state and Federal regulations, NurseCore has a mandatory COVID vaccination policy , subject to applicable law. #INDPPowered by JazzHR
