Location: Liverpool Salary: GBP30,000 Role: Static Role Requirements / Qualifications: City and Guilds or NVQ Qualified tradesperson Basic Joinery skills Basic Plumbing skills Basic general building maintenance skills Ability to pass DBS Day: to: Day Duties: To undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor for basic repairs of doors, windows, plumbing systems, etc for general building fabric maintenance Service and repair of internal fixtures and fittings.
