The ideal candidate will be responsible for client intake through claim resolution, with a focus on personal injury cases. Below are the detailed job requirements and qualifications: Job Overview:Provide legal representation to clients in personal injury cases.Manage a team consisting of a paralegal and a legal assistant.Handle all aspects of case management, from client intake to resolution. Duties:Conduct client intake interviews and assess the viability of personal injury claims.Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and representing clients in court.Supervise and delegate tasks to paralegals and legal assistants.Negotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients.Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court when necessary. Requirements:Active membership in the Washington State Bar, in good standing.Minimum of one year of relevant experience in personal injury law.Strong litigation and trial experience.Excellent case management and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the Washington State Bar. Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to effectively manage a caseload and prioritize tasks.Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
