Job Duties:Provide day-to-day support for routine SEC filings, prospectuses, press releases, board consents, and standard corporate and securities mattersHandle public company reporting compliance and securities offeringsDraft private placement memoranda, subscription documents, venture capital financing documents, and related blue sky filingsConduct legal research and analysis on corporate and securities law mattersAssist with due diligence reviews and document preparation for corporate transactionsCommunicate effectively with clients, partners, and other team members Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the State Bar of California4-6 years of significant experience in SEC reporting, SEC filings, public and private securities offerings, and related mattersExcellent academic credentialsStrong critical analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the State Bar of California Skills:Experience in SEC reporting and securities offeringsStrong critical analytical skillsAttention to detail and accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment With over seven decades of experience, this international law firm specializes in business law.
