Here’s what you will do as Bookkeeper : Reporting to the VP, Finance, the Bookkeeper will play an important role in managing the bookkeeping functions of the company, maintaining accurate financial records, interacting with internal and external customers and completing various administrative / clerical tasks and projects. Full cycle bookkeeping activities (i. e. AP, AR, bank transactions, adjusting invoice entries, payment processing, review and allocate expenses, daily order entries, journal entries, etc. ) Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements and A/P invoices; Reconcile customer invoicing, and A/R reports; File corporate GST/HST tax returns monthly and quarterly; Process timely pay for local and overseas vendors; Review journal entries and monthly general ledger reconciliations; Maintain accurate financial records; Complete ad hoc reports as required; Collaborate with internal business.
