AKSA Power Generation is currently recruiting a Sales Assistant to be added to their existing team. If you meet the requirements submit your resume today!! The Sales Assistant will support the sales department, including but not limited to: Answering incoming calls for the sales department and taking messages. Responsible for calendar management for the sales department and handling multiple projects at one time and completing tasks efficiently and quickly. Compiling daily lists of leads and coordinating with the sales managers on delegating leads appropriately to the sales team. Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for the sales department. Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings. Performing data entry duties regarding metrics, sales figures, and other key data. Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required. Requirements: At least 5 years of sales support experience. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Strong understanding of sales process is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Must be able to run reports in Excel). Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to identify and resolve issues with products and orders.
