(Complete 8 hour shift for part time your choice of days.)General Responsibilities: Interact with each individual to build rapport Plan and participate in activities Provide support with social and life skills Assist in maintaining a clean environment Complete daily documentation Assist individuals with hygiene or eating General Requirements: Willingness to submit to and pass a Utah background check and drug screen Aptitude to laugh Utah Drivers License Paid training is provided Powered by JazzHR
