You will work in conjunction with a Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the full cycle of accounting duties required for this family owned small business. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Work in all areas of the accounting activities for the company Process accounts payable Collate and enter vendor expenses Invoice clients and customers and other accounts receivable duties Assist with maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger Process employee timesheets and assist with managing the payroll system REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 5 + years A/P and A/R experience Timesheet processing experience & an understanding of payroll processing Understanding of basic accounting principles Attention to detail Computer and software experience with Excel spreadsheets Ability to work with others and good communication skills are essential PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Gaming or retail experience is a plus! On-site - Direct Hire - Reno, NV Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5pm #INDHP
