Machine Operative A new opportunity has opened up for a Machine Operative to join a world class manufacturing company who are based just outside of the.Machine Operative A new opportunity has opened up for a Machine Operative to join a world class manufacturing company who are based just outside of the Southampton area. The company have been operating for over 70 years now and are part of a family owned group who are only growing in size in order keep up with demand. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within extrusion but full training will be provided if needed too. For this position you will running extrusion lines whilst also helping to set the machines and cover downstream equipment. Skills needed for Machine Operative - Ability to follow technical engineering specifications- A basic understanding of extrusion - Basic understanding of electronic control Desirable skills for Machine Operative - Experience of working within extrusion or familiar with thermoplastic processes - NVQ in manufacturing - Valid Forklift license training can be provided Hours of work Monday to Thursday - 7am to 5pm Friday - 7am to 1pm If you are interested in this Machine Operative opportunity or know of someone who might be please call James on 07485 xyzxyz or email .
