The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. Position Overview Digital Health focuses on supporting clinical and business systems as the foundation for leveraging electronic data in the delivery of health-care services. We have opportunities for supervisors digital health who will: Supervise, coordinate, and work collaboratively with a geographically dispersed team of digital health client service staff within a 24/7/365 critical systems environment Coordinate and adjust scheduling to ensure safe and sustainable operations in the assigned work area Model a customer-centric approach for its assigned team, units, services, projects and improvement initiatives A position in this job may be assigned to support any of our Digital Health service areas, including: Business Services which supports the introduction, use, optimization and sustainment of effective business administrative solutions, effective business processes, systems, services, and technologies Clinical Digital Solutions which supports the introduction, use, optimization and sustainment of effective clinical informatics and digital health processes, systems, services, and technologies ICT Services which provides and supports shared technology access, hosting and workplace services Enterprise Technology which provides an effective technical ICT enterprise architecture Diagnostic Services which supports the introduction, use, optimization and.
