We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Junior Brand Manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. If you have a deep love for hospitality with experience around Brand awareness and Marketing. The Junior Brand Manager will be responsible for the execution of Marketing led strategies nationwide. This role will require time in Bedford and is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Brand Manager to grow in an established and well known business. Brand Manager Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans for our beer brands, with a focus on achieving sales and revenue targets. Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for brand differentiation. Support the 360 Brand and Marketing campaigns. Support the management of the budget and marketing initiatives. Analyse and report on brand performance, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments. Monitor and protect the brand's reputation, ensuring all marketing activities align with our brand values and quality standards. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to wine marketing and branding. The ideal Brand Manager Previous experience in Brand Management within the DRINKS Sector. Proven track record of successfully supporting the growth of brands. Entry level understanding to Brand Management and Marketing Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
