Refrigeration & Engineer Manager Salary: 50,000 to 70,000 plus Relocation Assistance + Company Car + Housing Allowance Location: Jamaica About the Role: Are you ready to work for a world-renowned restaurant brand We are very excited to be working with this high-volume, full-service restaurant group that is known for their excellent food, guest experience and quality of service. This company is constantly expanding, and they are looking for an experienced Refrigeration and Engineer Manager. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all aspects of refrigeration & Engineering in the restauarnts Ensure all maintenance and repair requests are completed in an efficient manner in line with company policies Support the recruitment, training and development of team members Alongside the department director, manage a strong team Report and document all maintenance requests and action items Schedule and coordinate appropriate downtime to effectively perform preventative maintenance on all equipment Coordinate and work closely with external vendors for major maintenance repairs as required Comply with all legislative regulations relating to maintenance and safety Ideal Refrigeration and Engineer Manager: High volume restaurant experience or similar Caribbean experience is a plus A natural leader with strong decision-making and communication skills Valid passport Superb organisational and time-management skills Relevant degree is preferred If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Danny today COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
