The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate transactions, particularly mergers and acquisitions, and can handle due diligence, draft comprehensive reports, and contribute to the deal process.Job Details:Duties:Conduct due diligence for MA transactions.Draft diligence reports and disclosure schedules.Prepare ancillary agreements related to mergers and acquisitions.Assist with the overall deal process and closing activities.Requirements:1-4 years of law firm experience in corporate transactions.Significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.Preferably, experience with a large national law firm.NC Bar admission is preferred.Education:Outstanding undergraduate and law school academics are required.Certifications:NC Bar admission is preferred.Skills:Excellent written, analytical, and verbal communication skills.Some experience in drafting and negotiating substantive MA transaction documents.Demonstrated ambition and initiative are preferred.This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Junior Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney to join a prestigious law firm and contribute to complex corporate transactions in the dynamic legal landscape.
