Job Description: Our client, an investment bank in London, is recruiting for a HR Business Analyst on an initial 6 month contract, with the potential for this to be extended up to 24 months. The role will support a new process efficiency team and will focus on backssing processes and identifying improvement opportunities within HR. This will be paid on a PAYE agency payroll and weekly basis. The role will support a new process efficiency team and will focus on backssing processes and identifying improvement opportunities within HR. Skills/Experience: Experience in documenting current state and future state processes, preferably in a HR Shared Services/ HR Operations function. Experience in process re-engineering at a global or regional level. Strong influencing skills in order to obtain buy in from stakeholders on proposed solutions. Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories, and designing process workflows. Core Responsibilities: Organise and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to backss current state processes across multiple jurisdictions. Document current state processes ensuring all key information is accurately captured including task details, ownership, volumes, etc. Challenge the status quo of how work is done to distinguish what is driven from regulatory requirements and what is due to current practice. Identify operational inefficiency and process improvement opportunities. Present findings and recommendations to senior management. Support the set up and ongoing maintenance of process documentation, inventory and governance framework.
