Here are some key accountabilities of the role: Responsible for managing the centralized development and implementation of training programs, change management, and communications required to ensure LP meets overall objectives. Accountable for achieving efficient and consistent execution of training programs, change management and communications for Loss Prevention in field, Home Office, and Distribution Services. Manages detailed contracts with content Vendors, and supports Global Sourcing and Procurement to ensure invoices are paid in accordance with agreements Responsible for the creation, reviews, and editing of all communication for internal LP, Stores or DC audiences to ensure consistent messaging Collaborates regularity with Learning & Development, Stakeholders, H&S, Vendors, Merchants, Marketing, and HR, in support of training, program development and communication where required Sets goals, expectations, and reviews performance with peers Mentors LP team members to elevate and build their Training Programs and Communications knowledge What you’ll need To begin your career with us, we require the following: Minimum high.
