Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Cycle Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial health. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various financial transactions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. What we have to offer: Competitive compensation Flexible schedule options Discounts on food Comprehensive paid training Opportunities for career advancement Free parking Company-wide employee events Health and Wellness Resources Playground Cares volunteer opportunities Responsibilities: Record and manage all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments Prepare and send invoices, ensuring timely accounts receivable Manage accounts payable, including vendor payments and expense reconciliation Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all applicable deductions are accounted for Reconcile all bank, credit card, and other financial accounts, identifying and correcting discrepancies Manage and maintain the general ledger Ensure compliance with provincial and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings Maintain an organized and streamlined accounting system Requirements: Bilingual (French/English) - English is essential Post-secondary degree in Accounting or Finance or an equivalent combination of formal training and experience Thorough knowledge of financial and cost accounting Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing software (Google Suite or Microsoft Office) Excellent.
