Kent Quality Foods, a family-owned business and an established leader in the food processing industry is now hiring for our 1st shift packing positions at our Hudsonville Location ! Employee Job Responsibilities: Run product as required according to production schedule Help operators with changeovers as needed Maintain consistent focus on product quality Sort, load, weigh and box product Inspect product for any abnormalities Adhere to all SOP's and established procedures Full compliance with all Safety practices and procedures Setup and labeling of rework barrels Line and end of day clean up Qualifications: Ability to follow instructions and procedures Ability to work in fast pace environment Process a good understanding of health and safety and basic hygiene rules The ability to maintain concentration for repetitive tasks Standing for 8+ hours a day Accuracy and attention to detail Good team working skills and the ability to work alone Join a growing company that offers: Starting wage $16.50 + $1.00 Attendance Bonus Perfect Attendance Bonuses every 4 weeks Overtime opportunities Full benefits 401k) Plan with Company match Outstanding team environment *Fast pace work and lifting are required Apply online or in person at our Hudsonville Location 3426 Quincy St. Hudsonville MI 49426
