Job Summary: This position is responsible for the transport of packaged oil to customers, and for providing exceptionalcustomer service.Essential Functions and Responsibilities: NOTE: Brewer Oil Co. unilaterally may change the requirements of this job description atany time. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. These include, but are notlimited to, the following:• Transport packaged oil to customers• Regularly drive within the state of New Mexico• Perform daily inspection of truck, and document any problems in need_ of repair• Ensure that the truck is in good and safe running condition• Responsible for the load until it is transferred to the customer dealership• Follow the daily route schedule to customer sites• Drive safely and follow all safety driving procedures• Ensure that customer invoice is given at time of delivery• Perform other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications {includes education, skills and experience): The requirements fisted below are representative of theknowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essentialfunctions.• Minimum high school graduate, or equivalent• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience• Must have valid driver's license and maintain insurability• Familiar with moving and loading equipment• Knowledge in operation of lift gate on the truckNeeded Attributes:• Work well under pressure and deadlines• Dependable, punctual and self motivated• Customer service oriented• Able to work with a diverse group of people• Good communicationWorking Conditions and Physical Effort: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by anemployee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals withdisabilities to perform the essential functions.• Must have sufficient strength and manual dexterity to operate power equipment• Sitting for extended periods of time while driving within the state of New Mexico• Regular daily use of slip resistant shoes preferred• Regularly work with hazardous chemicals• Must use fireproof clothing, and use personal protection equipment• Must be able to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move a minimum of 50 pounds• Must be able to stand, crouch, climb ladders, and perform various types of manual laborI have read and understand the above job description.
