Our clients include commercial office buildings, banks, schools, corporate headquarters, branch offices, industrial facilities, medical facilities as well as major department store chains located throughout the United States.Blue Chip is a leading Commercial Cleaning company who is looking for some enthusiastic people to join our team. Essential Functions: Working supervisor overseeing cleaning staff in the facility. Delegate work task and work orders to proper staff members. Report any maintenance issues to the proper department heads. Communicate with Manager or department heads to resolve any cleaning issues. Cleaning assigned areas during their shift. Assignments may be working in or outdoors. Basic cleaning, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal. Shift: Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Qualifications: Must have prior experience in striping floors and floor machines. Must work weekends and holidays. Customer Service Ability to lift 1-30 lbs.
