Responsibilities Produce foundational manuals, release notes, user documentation, and online instructional content. Develop, prepare, and maintain functional, configuration, and user interface documentation for computer software and hardware product. Research, review, and collect all related technical information to be reflected in the documentation. Document enhancements or changes to a product or process using a standardized style and structure. Use a variety of editing, content management, diagramming, screen capture, and other documentation tools. Qualifications/Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred) 0-2 years of related experience
