Position Summary: The Pizzaiolo will be responsbile for day to day preparation of an authentic pizza presentation, innovatively creating and maintaining the consistent stardard operating procures throughout all meal periods of A.T. & Piccolo. This person should be familiar with the operation of a wood-fired pizza oven and understand all aspects of pizza creation from diugh making to menu creation. Education: GED or High School Diploma Experience: At least 1-2 years of Pizzaiolo experience with a wood fire over in full service restaurant kitchenat least 1-2 years in a fast-paced restaurant
