To learn more about our culture and other career opportunities, visit Proservice.com/career Role Overview The goal of the Unemployment Claims Coordinator is to review, process, and respond to unemployment insurance claims on behalf of our clients and their employees. Your role is to ensure that claims are being processed accurately in a timely manner, while demonstrating best-in-class customer service. Responsibilities: Demonstrate subject matter expertise of Unemployment Insurance programs and framework, including process and regulatory changes, and the respective roles of the State, ProService, our clients and work-site employees in the unemployment claims process. Attend unemployment case hearings, representing ProService on behalf of our clients. Research and appropriately respond to State requests by ensuring that all forms are completed with detailed and accurate information within a timely manner. Ensures that claims are compliant with State regulations and effective portfolio management. Provides client and employee support by educating and answering questions regarding the unemployment claims process. Requirements & Qualifications: Experience 2+ years of claims insurance experience in auto, general liability, property, casualty, or related field is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar/Docs) Prior experience working with Unemployment is a plus. Customer Focus.
