Gana-A'Yoo, Limited is seeking an IT Manager to join our team! This position supports both corporate and commercial subsidiaries specializing in administrative management, construction, food service, hazardous waste, professional services, facilities support services, and others. This position is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all corporate and government IT functions across the company to include directing all IT operations for government and corporate cybersecurity regulations to meet customer requirements as well as supporting and maintaining existing applications and development of new technical solutions. This position is also responsible for the implementation of new technology cybersecurity countermeasures as well as continuing our implementation/certification of (CMMC) Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification. The IT Manager will also support the business's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system Deltek/Costpoint to deliver key processes, IT and change management initiatives, and business application implementations.We encourage our employees to grow, develop and to exhibit a high quality of work. Our benefits package includes paid time off, 10 paid holidays per year, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, employee assistance program, flexible spending account options and a 401(k).Location: Anchorage, AK with hybrid local work locationFLSA Classification: Exempt Primary Duties include: Designs, develops, implements, and manages the companies IT infrastructure, application systems, and networks Develops cybersecurity technology for the protection of the company Implements and continuing implementation of (CMMC) Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Improves existing software programs and develops new applications to meet future business needs Manages all aspects of hardware and software inventory and procurement Develops analytical and reporting tools, feasibility studies, and recommendations for enhancements Evaluates and recommends IT solutions while remaining abreast of trends and emerging technologies, specifically in federal government contracting Maintain and administer current technology platform comprised of Deltek Costpoint, Time & Expense (T&E), Cognos, and Share Point Perform comprehensive Deltek Costpoint, Deltek Time & Cognos Analytics (CER) administration, security, and user support Manage or coordinate projects, providing cost-effective approaches Administer internal Costpoint reports Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Contracts, Human Resources, and business operations users to understand complex reporting requirements and develop reports in compliance with those requirements Provides future development of reporting programs to facilitate custom financial reports such as Budget to Actual Establishes and maintains information technology policies, procedures, and standards Creates, maintains, and enforces written policies and procedures regarding all technology operations throughout the company Conducts audits to ensure hardware and software comply with standards, policies, and configuration guidelines Implements recovery and backup procedures Develops IT strategic plans Develops an overall IT strategic plan to maintain a robust and unified information technology infrastructure and deliver a maximum return on investment in technology resources Supports the strategic planning process as requested Manage a variety of hardware and software controls Ensures hardware and software are maintained and data is secured through proper back-ups and staff training Conducts hardware and software maintenance Evaluates and purchases of new hardware and software Negotiates with vendors for software licenses Provide help desk functions for business computer's hardware and software maintenance Manages IT budget Prepares and oversees the department budget Manages budget and controls expenses effectively Trains and develops IT staff Trains, develops, and appraises staff effectively to include leading a team committed to excellent customer service Evaluates training requirements for current and new IT solutions, develops appropriate training materials, and provides staff training May assist staff with diagnosing and solving computer equipment problems Assesses potential risks Monitors IT infrastructure and related system operations to assess potential risks Develops and monitors metrics related to IT service levels, capacity, cybersecurity, and cost-effectiveness to senior leadership Conducts research and development Researches and evaluates new technology, techniques, threats, and industry best practices to optimize efficiency and usability and minimize vulnerabilities Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer information systems, or technical management required; or advanced experience and certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree Minimum ten (10) years of relevant technical experience required in a federal contracting field required Deltek Costpoint experience required Experience with all aspects of technical support for Costpoint and Deltek Time & Expense (TE) systems. This includes system upgrades, planning, design, audit as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred ITIL or other IT Service Management certification preferred Willing to work nights and weekends to process, monitor and support month end closing activities and special projects Ability to pass a background and drug screening Demonstrated proficiency with administrative features Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365 products, Skype for Business, and Forms, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, web collaboration tools such as SharePoint Experience in Alaska Native Corporations preferred WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The majority of work is performed in an office setting and interfaces with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities, and abilities.
