We provide a wide array of HVAC services for homes, and business structures alike. Including installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance services. We are looking for an HVAC Retrofit Installer to join our team! You must have a strong background in residential, light commercial (package units, VRF Units, mini splits) as well as residential mini-splits. Installation and service experience is required. Work Hours: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, Overtime, and Evenings on occasion). On-call rotation. Pay: Up to $32.00/hour + spiffs, depending on experience Benefits: Supplemental Accident Insurance, Vacation, Holiday, Tool Account Program, Company Uniform, Company Vehicle, Costco membership, In-House Training & Certification Program - company paid, 3% Ira match, Company paid Cell phone and tablet, Defined Career Path, other spiffs, and incentives. Position Summary: To install/replace heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality installation and experience. Supervise the work of other installers ensuring a high quality and timely job performance. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of experience Valid Driver's license & Insurable driving record Pass background and drug screen Valid EPA Certification Basic understanding of more complex sheet metal fittings Operate company vehicle daily Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times Ability to measure duct work and install all equipment accessories Basic understanding of more complex sheet metal fittings Follow directions as given, written, and verbal Must be able to communicate well with supervisors, homeowners, builders, and other trades Demonstrate the willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles. experienced service technician, service tech, journeyman technician, hvac service, ac, duct, boiler, service hvac jobs
