We're looking for a hands-on manager to lead the team and oversee the setup and successful operation of this prominent retail space. About the Role: As the Retail Manager, you will play a pivotal role in setting up and managing the new flagship store. Leading a team and ensuring a seamless store setup and organization will be among your primary responsibilities. This position requires exceptional leadership skills and a customer-centric mindset. Your Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team, overseeing their training, scheduling, and performance Handle cash operations and financial transactions within the store Collaborate in setting up the store layout, ensuring an organized and visually appealing environment Display leadership qualities through comprehensive team management and training Uphold a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Work flexible hours including weekends, bank holidays, and some travel for learning opportunities Undertake pre-opening responsibilities, coordinating logistics for a successful launch Be prepared to handle emergency situations ensuring customer and staff safety What We Require: Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team in a retail or similar setting Proficiency in German and English is mandatory A customer-first mindset and ability to handle operational challenges Comfortable with handling team management and resolving customer-related issues Ability to remain composed and handle emergency situations effectively Preference for candidates residing in or near Hamburg Openness to work weekends, holidays, and travel occasionally for training purposes What We Offer: An exciting opportunity to lead the opening and management.
