Team Leader Ashford, Kent Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw) Salary £25,500 per annum, depending on skills and experience Plus, On Call and Sleep-In Enhancements Delivering support with a difference. You'll support one of our lovely twins who are going to be living in a spacious bungalow, helping them live fulfilling lives in their own home and within the local community. You’ll manage a small team of frontline Support Workers (known by us as Positive Behavioural Support Workers) in providing person-centred and strengths-based support. As our team and safeguarding lead, you’ll use your experience and brilliant skills in effectively motivating and directing colleagues. You’ll also oversee complex support, working with our customer displaying any behaviours of concern and any requirement for personal care. We’re offering 34 days annual leave (including bank holidays and a me day to take off for whatever you fancy) increasing to 39 days. You can also buy 5 more.
