We are seeking a new member to join our team as: Manufacturing Engineer - Molding The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for supporting new launches and molded prodiuction parts across two facilities, from an engineering perspective, championing continuous improvements to existing processes and equipment. This role is responsible to: Manage process development of post molding activities, such as de-flashing, masking, de-gating, and assembly and verify effectiveness through time studies for new launches and MP parts. Develop and implement cell and plant layouts as well as work instructions. Develop and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans and Process Flow Diagrams Analyze, through use of CAD and other systems, the layout, workflow, and material flow at assigned work cells and initiate appropriate activities to implement and improve. Lead cross-functional internal continuous improvement activities and document aspects of R&D for claiming purposes. Facilitate internal APQP meetings and maintain open issues lists relating to assigned products. Manage suppliers and coordinate the quotation, review, sign-off, commissioning and implementation on of new (or modifications. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
