Responsibilities of the Store Manager – 1st Time Appointment: Inspire and lead the team by exemplifying a standard of excellence. Cultivate a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and mutual respect. Recruit, train, mentor, and manage staff members. Handle performance management and implement disciplinary actions when necessary. Organize team meetings to celebrate successes and address challenges. Ensure each customer feels valued and satisfied.
