What will you do We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to join the Production Maintenance team as the 2nd Shift Supervisor. This position resides on the afternoon shift (Monday to Friday, 3 to 11PM). The primary responsibility of this position is to directly supervise the daily work and performance of maintenance and automation technicians on the afternoon and night shifts, focusing on preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance, along with implementing reliability and continuous improvement projects, to achieve team and company objectives. The successful candidate will have broad-based industrial maintenance experience and a core skill set in food or medical manufacturing equipment. The work will encompass Electrical/PLC, Mechanical, Hydraulics/Pneumatics, Robotics, and Packaging Systems. The successful candidate must be willing to tackle any maintenance challenges, assist, and learn from others in their areas of expertise. Key Responsibilities • Lead the maintenance team, ensuring safety of maintenance personnel in all work aspects. • Creates work schedules for all employees on assigned shifts and conducts.
