Finance Assistant – Incredible events and events and production company Role: Finance Assistant Location: West of London – one day at home Salary: Up to £28,000We are working with a truly reputable events and event and production company that operates within hospitality and leisure for a variety of iconic and high-volume venues, arenas and destinations. Your role will work closely with the global sourcing team, leading general financial support and reports such as raising invoices, daily, weekly and monthly reports and managing cost control as well as supporting sales tasks and managing relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities Ownership of the Global Sourcing Finance Workflow Report WIPProviding financial reports internal and external Managing relationships internal and external Calculating and checking all bookings, to ensure finance records are correct Following and using the Sage finance system Checking commission claims Producing Commission Claim Invoices Producing Client invoices Chasing final invoices Checking Client PO’s received Completing reconciliation process for all Global Sourcing bookings The Successful Applicant Sage experience preferable Gratis experience preferable Excellent communicator Excellent attention to detail Good Excel skills Good multi-tasking skills Organised Focused Hard working Team player COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for Hospitality, Catering, Leisure, Retail, FM, Property and Construction sectors.
