They are seeking a dedicated individual who is willing to grow within the concept and be an integral part of their continued success. Responsibilities of the Store Manager – Leading QSR Pizza Concept: Inspire and lead the team by setting an example of excellence. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and mutual respect. Recruit, train, mentor, and manage staff members. Handle performance management and disciplinary actions when necessary. Organize team meetings to celebrate successes and address challenges. Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and forecasting. Monitor and reduce operational costs, such as COGS and labour. Analyse sales data to optimize staff schedules for cost management. Ensure food and beverages meet high-quality standards. About the Store Manager – Leading QSR Pizza Concept: You come from Quick Service Restaurant QSR settings. Alternatively, fast-casual and counter service establishments. Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Customer service orientation. Strong understanding of business financials.
