Job Summary: Responsible for interfacing with both internal and external customers, to ensure that quality expectations are met Required Education and Experience: Community College courses in Quality related discipline Strong communicator in the English language, both written and oral Minimum 3 - 4 years' experience in similar role Thorough knowledge of blue print reading and interpretation of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing Proficient in the understanding and use of Statistical process control (SPC), Stamping and Assembly processes Proficient in the use of measuring equipment (i. e. venires, micrometer, height gauges, profile projector, etc. ) Proficient in Microsoft Office High level of time management Prior experience with ISO/IATF 16949 Ability to coordinate and facilitate CFT meetings Demonstrates the ability to work efficiently in a team environment Ability to work overtime to meet customer needs Essential Functions: Responsible for trouble shooting root cause analysis, SPC data analysis,.
